From off-road light bars to direct-fit headlights, the right lighting helps you see and be seen.
- LED light bars for wide, long-distance light on the trail or job site.
- Cube and pod lights for bumpers, A-pillars and ditch light mounts.
- Fog lights and round lights for bad weather and a classic look.
- Headlights, tail lights and third brake lights that replace factory assemblies.
- Vehicle-specific light kits, mounts and brackets, and wiring kits and switches to finish the install.
Choosing a beam pattern
Spot beams reach far down the trail, flood beams light a wide area close to the vehicle, and driving or combo patterns mix the two. Brands include RIGID Industries, Baja Designs, KC HiLiTES and ANZO USA. Many off-road lights are not legal for use on public roads, so check your local laws.
Truck Lighting FAQ
What size LED light bar should I get?
Match the bar to where it mounts. Bumper and grille mounts usually take 20 to 30 inch bars, a roof mount takes 40 to 52 inches, and a behind-the-grille mount is limited by the grille opening. Check the mount's listed bar length before buying the bar.
Spot, flood or combo beam?
Spot throws a narrow beam a long way for high-speed trails and open roads. Flood lights a wide area close in for work sites and slow trails. Combo mixes both and is the most popular choice for a single bar.
Are light bars legal on the street?
Most off-road light bars and pods are not legal to use on public roads and must be covered or switched off while driving on the street in many states. Fog lights and direct-fit headlights sold as DOT compliant are legal. Check your state's rules.
Do I need a wiring harness and switch?
Yes, unless the light kit includes one. A harness with a relay, fuse and switch protects the vehicle's wiring and gives you a clean way to turn the lights on. Wiring kits are listed in this category.
Will aftermarket headlights plug into my factory harness?
Direct-fit headlights and tail lights from brands like AlphaRex and ANZO USA use the factory connectors on most applications. Some trucks need an adapter or a resistor to avoid a bulb-out warning; the product page will say so.
How much power does a light bar draw?
A 20 inch bar is often 100 to 150 watts and a 50 inch bar 250 to 300 watts. A stock alternator handles that fine when the engine is running. Avoid running large bars for long periods with the engine off.
Are these lights waterproof?
Quality off-road lights carry an IP67 or IP68 rating, which means they handle rain, mud and pressure washing. The rating is on each product page.
How does shipping work on lighting?
Orders of $300 or more ship free to the lower 48; smaller orders pay shipping calculated at checkout.99.
Can I return lights?
New, uninstalled lights in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery with a return authorization. A 20% restocking fee applies and the customer pays return shipping. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced at no cost when reported within 48 hours.
