Upgrade the sound, flow, and performance of your 2019-2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 or GMC Sierra 1500 6.2L V8 with the Borla 140774BC S-Type Cat-Back Exhaust System. Designed for vehicles with a factory split rear exit, this performance exhaust system fits extended cab models with the standard bed and crew cab models with the short bed, with two- or four-wheel drive and automatic transmission. It excludes ZR2 and AT4X models. The S-Type delivers an aggressive, refined exhaust note while maintaining the quality and drivability expected from Borla.
Constructed from premium T-304 stainless steel, the Borla 140774BC is engineered for long-term corrosion resistance and dependable performance. Fully welded construction, ultra-smooth mandrel bends, and precision CNC manufacturing promote efficient exhaust flow and an accurate vehicle-specific fit. Borla's patented straight-through and multi-core technology helps increase exhaust velocity, supporting improved throttle response, driving excitement, and the distinctive Borla Sound of Power. The system is backed by Borla's Million-Mile Warranty for added confidence.
This system includes black chrome T-304 stainless steel tips for a clean, performance-focused appearance. Do not use Borla Stainless Steel Polish part number 21499 on the black chrome tips; clean them with hot water and a microfiber cloth instead. Crew cab vehicles with the standard bed and 157-inch wheelbase require adapter 60706. For a louder sound than the S-Type, replace the small muffler behind the primary muffler with Borla Polyphonic Harmonizer 60680. An optional True Dual Cat-Back system may also be available through related parts.
