Borla Million-Mile Warranty on exhaust systems, mufflers and headers for the original purchaser on the original vehicle. Black coatings, tip finishes, carbon fiber parts and valves/actuators are covered for 1 year.

Upgrade your heavy-duty truck with the Borla 140833BC S-Type Cat-Back Exhaust System, engineered for select 2020-2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD, Silverado 3500 HD, GMC Sierra 2500 HD, and Sierra 3500 HD applications. This performance exhaust system delivers the classic Borla S-Type sound while helping minimize interior drone for a more comfortable driving experience. The 3.5-inch exhaust system exits through a 5-inch round black chrome tip constructed from durable T-304 stainless steel.
Borla's patented straight-through and multi-core technology is designed to improve exhaust flow, helping release hidden horsepower and enhance throttle response, driving excitement, and fuel economy. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends support maximum airflow, while computer-controlled manufacturing provides accurate fitment. The fully welded construction and premium T-304 stainless steel material offer excellent corrosion resistance and durability compared with lower-grade stainless steel alternatives.
The Borla 140833BC is built for long-term performance and is backed by Borla's Million-Mile Warranty. This system is not compatible with diesel engines or vehicles equipped with dual rear wheels. Crew Cab models with an 8-foot 2-inch long bed and 172-inch wheelbase require Borla Extension Pipe 60713. A bright chrome tip option is also available. To preserve the black chrome finish, clean the tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth; Borla Stainless Steel Polish part number 21499 is not recommended. Professional installation is recommended for proper alignment and fitment.
