Designed for select 2.7L and 3.5L V6 applications, this performance exhaust system delivers Borla’s aggressive ATAK sound while helping maintain a comfortable, drone-free interior. The system uses a 3-inch inlet that transitions into dual 2.25-inch exhaust tubing and replaces the factory single tailpipe with a split rear exit configuration.
Constructed from durable T-304 stainless steel, the Borla 140864BC features single 4-inch round black chrome tips on each tailpipe for a distinctive appearance and long-term corrosion resistance. The bolt-on design supports a straightforward installation using factory-style mounting locations. Do not use Borla Stainless Steel Polish part number 21499 on the black chrome tips; clean them with hot water and a microfiber cloth instead. Bright chrome T-304 stainless steel tip options and other Borla sound and exit configurations are also available.
This Borla ATAK Cat-Back Exhaust System fits select 2021-2026 Ford F-150 2.7L and 3.5L V6 models with automatic transmissions, two-wheel drive or four-wheel drive, and crew cab short-bed or extended cab standard-bed configurations. It excludes 3.5L V6 PowerBoost, Raptor, Tremor, and Black Appearance Package Plus models. Adapter 60556 is required for crew cab standard-bed trucks with the longer wheelbase, while adapter 60564 is required for extended cab long-bed applications.
