Upgrade your 2021-2026 Ford F-150 with the Borla 140869 ATAK Cat-Back Exhaust System, engineered specifically for 5.0L V8 models with automatic transmissions and two- or four-wheel drive. This performance exhaust system replaces the single factory tailpipe with a split rear exit configuration and delivers Borla’s aggressive ATAK sound without unwanted interior drone. The system is designed for Regular Cab models with the standard bed and provides a direct, bolt-on installation using precision-manufactured components.
Constructed from premium T-304 austenitic stainless steel, the Borla 140869 system provides excellent corrosion resistance, long-term durability, and consistent performance. Its 3-inch inlet transitions into dual 2.25-inch tubing, while ultra-smooth mandrel bends help maintain exhaust velocity for improved flow and responsive performance. Borla’s patented straight-through and multi-core technology helps unlock hidden horsepower while producing the distinctive Borla Sound of Power.
The system includes single 4-inch round bright chrome tips made from T-304 stainless steel for each tailpipe, combining a clean appearance with durable construction. Additional Borla systems are available with alternate sound levels, tip finishes, and exit configurations. This application excludes Ford F-150 Tremor models and vehicles equipped with the Black Appearance Package Plus. Regular Cab models with the long bed require Borla adapter 60564 for proper installation.
