Description
Upgrade your 2024-2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 or GMC Sierra 1500 6.2L V8 with the Borla 141000BC S-Type Cat-Back Exhaust System. Designed for factory split rear-exit vehicles, this performance exhaust system delivers the aggressive, recognizable BORLA Sound of Power while maintaining a comfortable, drone-free cabin. The integrated valve simulator helps prevent the Check Engine Light from illuminating when installed on compatible applications.
This true-dual cat-back system uses a 2.5-inch inlet transitioning into 2.75-inch exhaust tubing and requires cutting the original equipment Y-pipe during installation. The muffler incorporates an internal X-pipe to improve exhaust flow, performance, and sound quality. Installation also requires removal of the original equipment valance tips. Dual 3.5-inch round black chrome T-304 stainless steel tips provide a durable, distinctive finish. Do not use BORLA Stainless Steel Polish part number 21499 on the black chrome tips; clean them with hot water and a microfiber cloth instead.
Manufactured from premium austenitic T-304 stainless steel, the Borla 141000BC features fully welded construction and computer numerical control manufacturing for reliable fitment and lasting performance. Fitment is limited to 2024-2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 models with the 6.2L V8, automatic transmission, two- or four-wheel drive, and the specified extended-cab standard-bed or crew-cab short-bed configurations. This system does not fit ZR2 or AT4X models. A Proposition 65 warning applies: welding, brazing, or thermal cutting operations may expose users to chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
