The Borla ProXS Muffler 40364 is a high-performance universal muffler designed for custom exhaust systems and weld-in installations. It features a single 2.5-inch center inlet and a single 2.5-inch center outlet in a reversible configuration, providing installation flexibility for a variety of exhaust layouts. Its oval body helps support efficient packaging while the free-flow design promotes improved exhaust performance.
Constructed from premium T-304 austenitic stainless steel, the Borla ProXS Muffler 40364 delivers excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability. The fully welded construction adds strength, while the natural mill finish can be brushed or polished before installation to complement a custom exhaust system. The un-notched necks are intended for weld-in installation; if clamping is preferred, Borla recommends using 3-inch-wide band clamps, including part 18004.
