Description
Upgrade your 2024-2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 or GMC Sierra 1500 6.2L V8 with the Borla S-Type Cat-Back Exhaust System, Part 140999. Designed for factory split rear exit vehicles, this performance exhaust system delivers the distinctive Borla S-Type sound with a refined tone and no interior drone. It features a valve simulator to help prevent the Check Engine Light from illuminating and is engineered specifically for automatic-transmission applications with either two- or four-wheel drive. This system is not compatible with ZR2 or AT4X models.
The 2.5-inch inlet transitions into 2.75-inch tubing in a true dual configuration, an uncommon design that promotes efficient exhaust flow and enhanced performance. An internal X-pipe within the muffler helps improve exhaust velocity, throttle response, and sound quality. Installation requires cutting the original-equipment Y-pipe. Exhaust tips are not included; reuse the original equipment tips, or select a Borla system that includes tips for a complete replacement setup.
Constructed from premium austenitic T-304 stainless steel, the Borla 140999 system uses CNC manufacturing and fully welded construction for precise fitment, durability, and long-term corrosion resistance.
