Description
Upgrade your 2020 or 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD with the Fabtech K1161M 6-inch lift kit, engineered for demanding off-road use and oversized 37-inch tires. This comprehensive suspension system combines heavy-duty ductile iron steering knuckles, reinforced steel crossmembers, a differential skid plate, and Dirt Logic 3.0 shocks for improved clearance, durability, and suspension control. The steering knuckles are designed to support 37-inch tires while maintaining compatibility with the vehicle’s electronic stability control and traction control systems, helping address the steering and braking concerns commonly associated with oversized tires and factory components.
The lower control arms are relocated with 1/4-inch steel crossmembers, while the front differential is repositioned between the crossmembers to maintain proper CV axle angles at the increased ride height. This configuration promotes smooth four-wheel-drive operation and adds underbody protection with the included 1/4-inch steel differential skid plate. The kit is designed as a complete suspension solution for Silverado 3500 HD owners seeking greater tire clearance and improved performance on and off the road.
Front Dirt Logic 3.0 coilovers feature remote-reservoir compression adjusters, allowing the ride to be tuned for comfortable highway driving or more aggressive off-road conditions. In the rear, Dirt Logic 3.0 bypass shocks provide 12 inches of wheel travel with dual compression adjusters and a rebound adjuster for precise damping control. Together, these components deliver enhanced suspension performance, increased adjustability, and dependable durability for demanding terrain. The Fabtech K1161M is intended for professional installation, and freight shipping may be required. California Proposition 65 warning: Cancer and Reproductive Harm—www.p65warnings.ca.gov.
