The Factor 55 UltraHook winch hook with shackle mount is designed for off-road racers and recovery enthusiasts who need the speed of a traditional hook with the functionality of closed-system winching. Part 00250-92 features an industry-first closed-system shackle mount hole machined directly into the hook body, providing a secure connection point for compatible recovery shackles. Its finger grip design also promotes proper hook-up orientation during installation and recovery operations.
The safety latch fits securely into a machined pocket and includes an integrated secondary locking feature for added retention. The latch locking pin stores within the UltraHook body and can be inserted into the hook tip to lock the latch in place. EPDM rubber pads help protect the fairlead, while the titanium double-shear pin delivers durable attachment performance under demanding recovery conditions.
