Description
The Skyjacker JL40BKXLTD 4-inch Suspension Lift System is engineered for 2020–2022 Jeep Wrangler models requiring increased ground clearance, improved articulation, and a more aggressive off-road stance. This complete suspension system combines progressive dual-rate long-travel coil springs, ADX 2.0 Adventure Series remote reservoir shocks, track bar components, bump stop spacers, and extended sway bar end links to support controlled suspension movement on both the street and the trail.
Skyjacker progressive 2-stage dual-rate coils use a first Flex Rate for ride comfort and increased articulation, followed by a second Ride Rate during compression. The flex stage helps maintain coil seating during full droop while keeping the tires in contact with uneven terrain. Rear coils are side specific and engineered to complement the Wrangler’s suspension characteristics. ADX 2.0 aluminum monotube shocks use an off-road race-inspired full-displaced valving system and an external remote reservoir with an Internal Floating Piston (IFP), helping separate nitrogen gas from oil to reduce foaming and maintain consistent damping during demanding use.
The included adjustable front track bar features a Skyjacker-installed heavy-duty OEM-style rubber bushing, adjustable heavy-duty rod end, jam nut, and alignment bushings. A heavy-duty rear track bar upper mount bracket helps properly center the axle beneath the vehicle. Front and rear bump stop spacers help control suspension travel, while extended sway bar end links with installed heavy-duty rubber bushings support full articulation as the suspension reaches full droop.
