The TrailFX 150482 is a 47-inch chest-style truck tool box built from 16-gauge aluminum with a gloss black powder-coated diamond-plate finish. A chest box sits on the floor of the truck bed, most often against the front bulkhead or at the tailgate, and opens from the top, so it works in pickups as well as on flatbeds, trailers and service bodies. It is not a crossover box and does not rest on the bed rails.

At 47 x 19-7/8 x 17-1/8 inches, it gives you about 9.6 cubic feet of open storage for power tools, cords, straps and other jobsite gear. A single lockable lid with a paddle handle keeps everything secure, and lid shocks hold the lid open while you load and unload. Mounting hardware is not included, and no drilling is required. The weather-resistant aluminum construction helps protect what you carry from rain, dust and road spray.
