The twin-tube, nitrogen-charged design uses a 50-psi nitrogen gas charge to promote rapid response and help reduce aeration during operation. A 10-stage, velocity-sensitive valving system automatically responds to changing suspension movement, providing balanced damping for everyday driving, trail use, and light off-road conditions. The Fluon-banded piston further supports smooth, consistent operation and long-term durability.
Constructed from steel, the Zone Offroad ZON7700 features a 2-3/8-inch shock body and is compatible with any lift height. It uses an EB2 lower mount and S50 upper mount, with no metal cutting required for installation.
